体細胞分裂

The cell division cycle of eukaryotes consists of M(mitosis) phase and the interphase. The cell divides in M phase, and DNA is synthesized at S(synthesize) phase.

前期 Prophase -- longest, chromosome distinct
中期 Metaphase -- centrosome, align
後期 Anaphase -- separate
終期 Telophase -- nuclear envelope
間期 Interphase -- Gap Phase → Synthesis Phase → Gap Phase → mitosis

Kinetochore is a region in centromere where microtubules bind. Centriol consists of 9 microtubule triplets. Cytokinesis(cell division) occurs during the telophase when the microfibrils forms a ring. In plant cells, vesicles from the Golgi complex form a cell plate. MPF(maturation promoting factor) forms pre-MPF with cyclin which initiate mitosis when cleaved by an enzyme. Prokaryote cell divides(transverse fission) after the D(delay) phase, a period after the replication of DNA. Multiple DNA replication occurs at the same time.
